Members from our student government will be present upon arrival to answer any questions. On the evening of check-in, Thurs, July 29, we will be having an ice cream social starting around 7-7:3opm, so keep that in mind when arranging for travel. Advisors will be 2 to a room and students will be 2 to a room for king suites and 4 to a room for double queen suites.

The link to reserve your hotel rooms will be sent out when it is available. Do not reserve rooms before the link is sent out, or your school will not be able to receive the block rate.

Throughout the exchange, we will have three time periods for topical breakout sessions focused on sharing ideas to improve our SGAs. All attendees are eligible to present on a topic that relates to the work of their SGA and the student experience. We hope that your delegation will consider leading a presentation; topics might include: programming, successful housing policy change efforts, sustainability campaigns, campus data collection, etc.  Fill out this form and share it with your team. This form will be available until Friday, July 2nd at 5:00 pm EST.
